Shipping Information
UAE
- Next day delivery is chargeable at 20 AED for all orders under 300 AED and is free for orders above 300 AED
- Remote area deliveries outside of the city limits will be charged at 35 AED for all orders under 400 AED and is free for orders over 400 AED. Please note, deliveries to these areas will only take place on Sundays and Thursdays
GCC
- Delivery within the GCC will be chargeable at 50 AED for orders below 600 AED and will be free for orders above 600 AED
- Delivery will take between 3/5 working days
For International GCC deliveries, please be reminded that you will be importing goods into your destination country and will be legally liable for any and all taxes, duties and charges applicable by the Government of that country when the delivery arrives. By making the decision to purchase you are confirming that you accept that you will be liable for any additional taxes, duties and charges that may arise in conjunction with your purchase.
We do not accept back orders that have been rejected due to non-payment of customs charge. If the order is returned to us due to this, then all fees incurred will be charged to the customer with an additional 15% administration charge of the total original purchase value. The remaining balance will be the returned as per our refund policy.
Europe & UK
- Delivery to Europe and the UK will be chargeable at 60 AED for orders below 600 AED and will be free for orders above 600 AED
- Delivery will take between 3/5 working days
